SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be processed within 2-3 business days of the order being placed plus an additional 2-4 days to arrive to your location.  Please allow additional time for orders that are placed on weekends or on holidays.  If there are any delays or problems pre-shipment Urcitymobileshop will contact the customer.

We currently Only ship to the United States.

Delivery Times:

Orders take 3-5 business days to process

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, time orders placed such as on weekends or on holidays require extra time, and other factors.

How much is shipping?

Shipping Cost:

Orders under $30 will have a flat rate shipping of $7.99

Orders between $30.01 through $85 will have a flat rate shipping of $10.99

Orders between $85.01 through $99.99 will have a flat rate shipping of $13.99

Orders over $100 will include FREE SHIPPING

Can I combine Discount Codes?

You are only able to use one discount/promo code per order.

Refunds & Returns:

We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request an exchange.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return.  Meaning unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or order number in order to be eligible for an exchange.

You can contact us at UrCityMobileShop@gmail.com to start an exchange.  If your exchange is accepted, you will be in charge of shipping the incorrect item (s) back to the address provided.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will NOT be accepted.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable in any circumstances. We DO NOT accept exchanges or issue refunds on sale items or on gift cards.  Please refer to our return policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do we accept?

UrCityMobileShop accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Crypto.  We Do NOT accept money orders, checks, C.O.D., or Bill me later options.

Note when paying with Crypto:  THIS OPTION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the amount paid via the select crypto currencies we accept is in line with the exchange rates provided by our cryptocurrency provider, Coinbase Commerce.

UrCityMobileShop will NOT cover fees involved with return payments due to over, or under payments caused by inaccurate crypto transfers that do not align with the exchange rates provided by Coinbase Commerce. NOTE CRYPTO PAYMENTS ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTED.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CRYPTO BEFORE USING CRYPTO AS A FORM OF PAYMENT DURING CHECKOUT. NOTE CRYPTO PAYMENT OPTION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.

Products & Orders

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you provide during checkout.  The email will have a link to access your order page where you can see tracking status and information on your order, including the items that will be in your package(s).

How to cancel an order:

Please email us at UrCityMobileShop@gmail.com or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the FAQ page with any questions about cancelling an order.

Please include the order number and email used during the order.

NOTE:  Once an order has been dispatched we are NOT able to cancel the order.
