We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your items to request a return.  Your items must be in the same condition that you received it in the order to be eligible for a return.  Meaning unopened, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or order number in order to be eligible for a return.

You can contact us at urcitymobileshop@gmail.com to start a return.  If your return is accepted, you will be in charge of shipping the items back to the address provided.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Refunds are given on a case by case basis and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable in any circumstances.

We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds on SALE items or on Gift Cards.
