You can contact us at urcitymobileshop@gmail.com to start an exchange.  If your exchange is accepted, you will be in charge of shipping the item (s) back to the address provided.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will NOT be accepted. You may request an exchange within 14 days.
